Shirts and finisher awards to all entrants. Awards for Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters Male/Female, and Overall Grandmaster's Male/Female for 10k, 30k, and 50k. Winners also receive a nontransferable entry to next years race. There will not be age group awards.
Runners will have 8 hours to complete the race.
Aid Stations & Drop Bags:
There will be 2 aid stations along the course which you will pass by each loop. Our main one will be at start of loop and will be fully stocked. This aid station will provide Infinit electrolyte drink, water, PB and J, bananas, oranges, gummy bears,fig newtons and pickles . The other will be approximately half way and will be water only.
You may leave a name labeled drop bag at the aid station. You are responsible for getting it there prior to the race start and retrieving it after you finish. The aid station will be located at the trail head at the beginning of Mala Compra Rd, .25 miles from the start and finish.
Directions to the Race and to the Start:
Race Location: Mala Compra Greenway Trail 5645 N. Oceanshore Blvd. Palm Coast, FL.
Our start location will be the Hammock Community Center 79 Mala Compra Rd. Palm Coast, FL. . Runners will start approximately .25 miles up Mala Compra Rd, before getting to Mala Compra Greenway Trail. Please watch for signs along Mala Compra Road that define parking locations as well as the runner start location.
Pacers & Crew:
Crew access is limited to 1 aid station location along the course, not including the start and finish. Space will be limited at this location for runners and race volunteers so we ask that spectators/crew limit access to runners at this location so runners are able to get the fuel they need and race volunteers will be able to check in runners for race placement.
Pacers are not allowed! Anyone known to have a pacer will be disqualified from the race. With limited space we can not allow pacers and they really are not necessary at distances under 100 miles:)
Entry & Return Policy:
Race Limit is 150 Runners!
Race is limited to a total of 100 participants in three races combined so register early. 10k and 30k have a cap of 50 runners so don't wait to register. 50k will have a 75 runner cap. If caps are not met for each race distance one month prior to race they will be removed.
Entry fees are as follows:
($40 after June 30 $45 after Aug 31)
($50 after June 30 $55 after Aug 31)
($75.00 after June 30 $80 after Aug 31)
There will be no refunds of registration fees but your entry can be transferred due to injury to another runner.

Ages 3-6 .25 mi, Ages 7-12 .50 mi. Races are free. Races will start approximately 11:30 am. All finishers in kid’s races will receive participation ribbon.
We are guests of Flagler County Parks and Recreation Department and the Flagler Area Biking
SORBA / IMBA and must follow all rules. Any violation of these rules will be grounds for disqualification from the race:
1. All pets must be kept on a leash.
2. Littering is strictly prohibited.
3. Runners must stay on designated trail at all times.
4. Runners must be respectful of all volunteers and park staff
5. Crew must only meet runners at designated crew access aid stations.
Saturday 5:30-7:00 pm. – Packet pickup @ Break-Awayz at the Beach Tapas Bar and Restaurant 819 N. Oceanshore Blvd. Flagler Beach, FL (386) 439-7700 Receive your goody bag, bib, and race tee. You also can stay and enjoy your pre-race meal and a beer. We ask if possible for runners to come here to pick up packets. There will be race day morning packet pickup for those traveling in early that morning. Please plan to arrive a half hour before race start.

The average high temperature is 65ƒF with an average low of 50ƒF. Be prepared for warm, sunny weather during the day as this is Florida. The majority of the course is shaded so this will help to keep things cool if we should get unseasonable warm temperatures.
