Jack's 50k/25k Trail Races

Where: Gamble Rogers Memorial State
Recreation Area 3100 S. A1A in Flagler
Beach, FL 32136 (180min drive E of Tampa,
60min from Orlando)

When: Saturday December 5th, 2009 50k and
25k races start at 8 am.

Course: The challenging course follows 20
(10 for 25k) repeat 1.5 mile loops on the Joe
Kenner Trail in Gamble Rogers Memorial
State Recreation Area, alongside the intra
coastal waterway. Each loop will consist
mostly of a wide and shady dirt trail but
will also consist of some sand, single track
and pavement. There will be a 4:00pm cut
off.

Awards: Shirts and finisher awards to all
entrants. Special handcrafted trophies for
Overall Male/Female and Overall Masters
Male/Female for both 50k and 25k races

New in 09-Kids Races: Ages3-6 .25 mi, Ages
7-12 .50 mi. Races are free. Races will start
prior to 25k Award Ceremony approximately
11:30 am. All finishers in kid's races will
receive participation ribbon.

Entry Fee: The 50K Race is $40 till 11/25
$50 afterwards till race day. The 25k race
is $25 till 11/25 $35 afterwards till race
day. No refunds or transfers. LIMITED to 75
Runners. Checks payable to: Dawn Lisenby.
Proceeds will benefit Flagler Beach
Montessori School.
